Please Help - how to install new theme

Hi there,

I purchased the Beach Please template today and need to add it - I am having trouble with installing the theme.
I tried it on the Wordpress Panel - which I understand was not the 1st suggested way.
I am using crazy domains as my web hoster - and when I am signed into my settings I cannt see how to upload the theme zip file in there.
Also my website is www.smhdzines.com will I lose all content from there? (not too worried if i do) just wondered if there was a way around losing it all?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nope:-) Installing themes don't remove current content. If your current theme used Custom Post types, for example for Portfolio, then this might be hidden in your new theme if it doesn't support it, but you won't lose it:-)
