How to insert animations ? (+paralax

Hi! I wonder how I can have animations such as the ones showcased on your demo site:

I've had a look at the Visual Composer thing, but couldn't find the animation button...

Also how the parallax backgrounds works ?

Yes it was, actually it's pretty simple to enable it, but you have to know where it is first...
