HELP! MIssing Header/Logo and Navigation

I recently switched themes, it was working correctly but now the header menu is missing, along with the logo. Also the body background color is no longer white. Not sure what happened? WOrking on a deadline any help would be great:

    Hi,

    I checked your webpage and i see the top menu with logo.

    Check attached file.
