Manual Theme Update question

Morning all,

I'm running Wordpress 3.7.1 with the suggested plug-ins plus Better Wordpress Security, Back WP Up, Gravity Forms and Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades.

I've got Superior (I think version 1) and I'm trying to update it to 1.1 using Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades. After trying it a couple of times I only received the 'Are you sure you want to do this?' message - I've spoken to my host and they can't tell me why I'm getting that. Just wondering if there's a manual way of updating the theme - can you let me know what files have been changed so I can overwrite them via FTP directly onto my server?

If you have problems with updating theme from Wordpress admin panel, then delete theme (from panel or manually via FTP) and upload new version. You wont loose your theme settings.
