Plugins are not activated

Install my upper topic.
I have a difficulty with new plugins that I need to install. install them manually or automatic but when to activate the network. not activated. I indicates that the plugin generates a fatal error. and so with every one that is enabled.

On you screen shot I see that you install plugin that requires hiher version of PHP. Ask your hosting provider about it(increasing your PHP version). Our theme will work good with PHP 5.4 so don't worry:-)
