Can you add a contact form into a sidebar?

Hi. I would like to add a contact form into the sidebar and have a different background for the sidebar. Is this possible? All I can find is the widgetised sidebar and there is no option for it. Thanks.

I don't is it still working but try this plugin

Changing background color of sidebar will not look good due to current construction of layout.
