Could not activate and LayerSlider WP after installing Superior theme

Could not activate and Layerslider wp after installing Superior theme, i get the following error :
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

the same error comes up when i when importing sample data.

my web host is running php 5.4, godaddy hosting

What version of theme you used for installation?

If you see this notice all the time and you are sure it is cause of Layer Silder then login to your FTP and go to wp-content/plugins/ and delete LayerSlider directory.

Thanks, i actually renamed it earlier and the site came back up, but how do i reinstall it.

and my other question is, would my theme work as it should, without the LayerSlider.

my theme version is: superior_1.3

In superior\advance\plugins you will find plugins for hand install.

Yes, theme will work with out layer slider :-)
