Has the Skyfashion theme been discontinued?

I'm just curious if this theme has been discontinued as I was awaiting an update due to various outstanding issues. Coming back from the holiday break, I noticed that it is not longer available for download via Themeforest (Envato), where I purchased it. Apparently, due to removal from the author or Envato staff. Is this unavailability temporary or permanent?

    Hi bjefferson,

    As there is a notice at the top the skyfashion theme is no longer available on ThemeForest.
