Problem with Psd file

Hello,
I just opened the Airlock psd file and this is what i get (see the attached file)
Is it because i have cs4?

    Yes. Files have been saved in CS5.

    Wait a minute: if i chance de psd file, the desing of theme will be chance???? Is that correct? (i'm new in WP)

    Hello Eltonpretel.

    It doesnt work that way. PSD contains only the graphics files.
