Header Social Media Buttons

Hello! I needed to add Yelp button to the header so I used the Yahoo icon field in the theme settings to enter the link and changed the graphic which worked great. What I can't find is where to change the text that appears when you hover over the icon. If you hover over the Yelp icon, it says "Follow us on Yahoo" and I want it to say "Read our reviews on Yelp!"
