No options for backgrounds

Hi, I have tried everything is on documentation about parallax and backgrounds options but I can't enable them.

Its a fresh Installation
WP version 3.8.1
All theme´s plugins are installed

But I just get this option-> https://www.dropbox.com/s/6jv6z2gj0gdf6r0/image.jpg

    Hello

    Could you please send me temporary access to your WP so I could check there what is going on? Send it here on forum via private message(click on my nick and there you will find option to send message). In message please attach link to topic it applies to.

    Hello, I was uploading an instance of my localhost for you, but It just worked fine online, It seems to be just a localhost problem.

    I´ll be grateful if you have any solution for the local problem.

    Me too, but I don't. Maybe with new version it will be better as builder will be now installed as plugin. It will be released today.
