Menu Background Color

Could you please suggest how to change the menu background color when mousing over? I attached the picture as we want it from black to grey. Thank you very much.

Did you just made photo of your screen to show me what you mean?
You know there is special key on keyboard to make screen shots?

Anyway try such custom CSS

.top-menu li:hover, .top-menu li.current-menu-item, .top-menu li.current-menu-ancestor {
    background-color: #DDDDDD;
}
