Need to chance some words

I need to change (to portuguese) the words "featured" and "all" on home page and portfolio page. Where i can change it?

It should be in language file, so change it as other words. If you can't find it there edit files:
front-page.php
taxonomy-skills.php

And serach there for :

__( 'All', TPL_SLUG ) 

__( 'Featured', TPL_SLUG )
