edited February 2014 in Superior Posts: 19
Hi there I tried a webpagestest to know what is making my site so slow and i discover there are a lot of requests regarding an image, located in superior/images/cursor.png.

The thing I am actually the regular one and I would like to remove those requests

My page is oscarguinea.com and I did the analysis here: http://www.webpagetest.org/

    Hello

    On my test site I have selected "Use normal" for Mouse cursor option. And there is no such request.
    File http://cdn5.oscarguinea.com/wp-content/themes/superior/images/cursor.png doesn't even exist on your server.
    Anyway your site is minified that is hard to tell form where exactly this request comes from(which style sheet).

    With regards.
  • I have removed the CDN so it is easier to check where this issue comes from.

    Could you check that again, please?

    I have use normal for the cursor also

    I found something like that in (not on your server) style.css:
    cursor: url(images/cursors/empty_black_white.png), default;
    But on your page it tells it is different images used there. Strange.
    However:
    1. It is immediately overwritten so this rule shouldn't be causing image to download.
    2. You can hunt it down in style.css and delete.

    Hope this will close this case.

    With regards.
