About image size to insert in the blog

I have a little problem about image size which i can insert to the blog whit the same width of text. and I'm not quite understanding the "image size 220px x auto - blog items on Home page, blog items on blog " that you said in the document , i tried every sizes in the document, but none of them is fit to the width of blog.

So a little help, please.

Hi there.

I don't quite get what is the problem. Can you send some picture, link to show issue?
Part of documentation that you copied here is about thumbs for blog posts, thta you can see on hompage(bottom part) http://themes.apollo13.eu/airlock/ and http://themes.apollo13.eu/airlock/blog/

As you can see images there has fixed width but unlimited height.

Here is a link to one of my blog post. I was talking about the image size that i can directly insert a image in blog text with out the reset of image format. anyway I found a format 589x400 px which is almost fit to blog format, but do you have a precise number about this?

Width in text of post is 580px, so you will have to scale images to such width. I hope this time I answered your question :-)
