Animations broken on safari
Im having an issue with animated elements in safari 7 for mac
Elements arent shown if they're animated, but if i remove the animation class, then the element is shown

You talk about Visual composer animations?
I don't have any access to Safari 7 so can't help much. Looks like safari issue. You could try also on default Wordpress skin to confirm it.
