Change "2 Comments" backgrund color

Somehow I changed the background color of the "x comments" / "About the author!" / "leave a replay".
Have tried to activate the main theme but it's still the same. I remember not therefore WHERE I changed this.

If I write:

#comments-title, #reply-title {
     margin: 0;
     background-color: #f0f;
}

I get the background behind the dotted line (to the right of x comments) to be selected, but not the text.

So please help me

it is changed with main background color in Layout settings.
