fatal error

Hi,

Every time I try to install the fame theme i get this error:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/dysartin/public_html/barneleven.com/wp-content/themes/fame/advance/apollo13.php on line 41"

I've tried installing it through the wordpress admin panel as well as installing it manually through my web server. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

I just realized i was on an older version, I updated and it works fine. Now I feel dumb...
