Using Visual Composer On Blog Archive And Single Post Pages
I would like to add some Visual Composer sections above the single post and blog archive pages (email subscription options) but currently I don't see a way to edit the page. I've attached a pic of what I'm trying to achieve on my own pages (the black bar that says Free 4 Part Video Course) such as http://www.christianbusinessacademy.com/blog/. Is this possible?

Have you solved your previous issue with not working text blocks in VC editor?
About your current question: it is not possible by panel. You can try to edit theme templates. You can copy ready HTML from other site and insert it in blog template index.php
