"Read More" on posts list page

Hi !

Tropic guy comes again...

I have a request (hope the last !!) that could be made on a next update,

the read more option on post may be improved... at this time we can choose between automatic or manual. in maual, would it be possible to display "read more" when i put the read more tag, so it's a link to read the rest of the post...

For now, i'm linking manually, but i see my manual link in the post (see attached files)
