I have a dedicated server and I have installed dozens of themes and plugins that I bought from themeforest. I have never had such a problem before. I am not sure why it happens with your .zip file but it does and unfortunately it stopped me from working.
Concerning your problem: it would be helpful to see a screenshot of situation which you are facing, or description step by step of your actions that lead to error.

Hello, I have the same problem, and try the installation of all methods (cpanel, ftp, and installer plugin) is the only issue that has this error. please help.
Hi, to be sure - which file you are uploading? The package you've downloaded from ThemeForest contains many folders and files. The zip package you are supposed to upload is adamant_v.1.0.zip (or adamant_v.1.1.zip if you get update from ThemeForest), not the whole package.
If this is not working, do as follow: 1. browse by FTP client or cpanel tp WP install folder, 2. then go to /wp-content/themes 3. create folder adamant 4. upload into this folder everything that is in adamant_v.1.0.zip (or adamant_v.1.1.zip if you get update from ThemeForest) 5. Now you should have Adamant Theme on theme list in WP

Anyway - problems with uploading zip package of Adamant concerns server limitations, not with the zip package itself.
For now my advise is: you should try another method to upload Adamant Theme.
