Way to slow page

Hi Everyone.
I run my page with Adamant and I work with woocommerce and woocommerce booking plugin. I have tried and I have upgraded my server to a faster one and I have cache loading on. But the page just takes ages to load and sometimes does not load at all. Any suggestions? thanks so much

    sorry, I did not see your answer. my webpage is 77soundstudio.com I took away the preloader now. and the revolution slider, made all pictures smaller. Its still pretty slow but a bit better. My host is bluehost and I have in the meantime got also cloudflare which made a tiny difference too. thanks for your answer!
