Form in Layer Slider shows glitch on transition to next slide.

I put a form in the layer slider and when it transitions to the next slide you get a split second flicker of the form fields and button. I need to figure out why this is happening so I can keep my form in the slider.

I can see this but it is very hard to tell and even debug it. I think author of Layer Slider should know more. Have you tried searching google for similar cases?
