Contact page don't work

First thanks for your work on this theme, I´m a huge fan so far
I have a problem with contact and other pages, when the visitors hit the send button of the contact form for, they got the "Sender's message was failed to send" error. you can check it form this links:
www.bibietoles.com/contact/
http://www.bibietoles.com/commande/commande-sacci-turquoise/ (this form is generated by contact form 7 plug-in)
I contacted my service provider and they advised me to check my Wordpress or theme configuration, so I did.
But it was good.
Can any one advise me?

This is often concern and it usually case of server configuration, just as you tried in first place.
