We don't have such functionality.
If you want to assign external url for Works Item you can do it in the same way as it is done on http://adamant.theme2.apollo13.eu/ (please click first Works Item) - you will see 'Visit site' button (it uses an url from 'Internet address' metadata of single Work Item, available from the 'Edit Work' panel)
