Visual composer and jquery issues

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5B%5D=utils,thickbox,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jque…:16(anonymous function)

Visual composer also not working on any pages.

Wordpress 4.0

    Problem Solved.

    The issue was with Layer Slider loading jquery in the body.

    Thank you.

    Yes there is an option in layer slider to move JS includes to the body for some reason.
    Was an easy fix.
