    First you must add the background to the selected ROW and then extra options will appear :)

    I can't seem to find out how to make it full with (all across the website) like the sample

    Not working. I added the background image, I turn on the feature fullwith elements, and add full with in the row, the image does not show. please, please Im behind in this project its due in 10 days. second image show just a line, not the image.

    Ok I didn't know about the padding, I added 100 and the image showed.

    Yes if you don't have content, you have to push it with padding.
