Increase Works Content Width

How could I increase the width for the content in the works pages?

I don't know if you mean single work but this may be good starting point:

Essentially I'd like the works pages to be the same width as the static pages with the titles in the center also

It is not so easy cause both of this pages("page" type and "work" type) where designed for different purpose. In your case it looks like your content is more suitable for page type then "work" type.
Works are full width pages + paddings cause there we wanted to give whole space for slider/scroller or full width photos. If you don't use them then it would be better to use pages.

Why you choose to use "work" for this content?
Maybe we can figure out better way.
