Blog Listing

Hi All,

I'm probably missing something obvious here but I can't seem to figure it out.

How do I direct someone to a list of the blog post? I want to add the link to the menu item Blog. So they only see blog posts and not the portfolio items. Or is this not possible with the AirLock theme?
