Plugin for layersliderWP not working

Hi,

I have read all documentation, and tried uploading straight from blame/advance/plugins and still get same result -

The layersliderWP is not installing and is giving me this response when I try:

Installing Plugin: LayerSlider WP

The plugin does not have a valid header.

Downloading install package from http://www.impactconnector.com/wp-content/themes/blame/advance/plugins/layersliderwp.zip…

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /home/emrgdirectors/public_html/impactconnector.com/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/

Plugin install failed.

Hello:-) Have you tried uploading it by FTP?

Just unpack zip with plugin and upload this directory to wp-content/plugins/

It should help.
