Navigation Anchor not showing up in Menu

Hello. Recently bought the Chillout theme. Great design and easy to use! I am baffled by one problem and I hope it's not a stupid simple fix. I uploaded the dummy content and started messing with the top navigation menu. I deleted one of the navigation anchors in the "appearance > menu" page. I added a new box on the "pages > home" and made sure the box (Name Anchor) had "Game" as the selected option.


When I go to the appearance > menu section I do not have the option to add "Navigation Anchors" into the menu. I have read the documentation that came with the files. I have searched your forums, and still can not figure out why the nav anchor menus won't work.

P.S. - I did notice the Navigation Anchors link is showing up in the dashboard menu?

Read this 3x now. The Navigation Anchor Menu is not showing up for me when I go to Appearance > Menu. All I see there is Pages, Links, and Categories.

Right.
All You need to do is to make Navigation Anchrs visible. Being in Appearance>>Menus click on Screen Options (top right corner), and check Navigation Anchors.
