Adding a static/fixed header area above the nav/menu bar

Hi Chillout,

Thank you for the work put into the theme thus far.
Is it possible with the theme to add a static/fixed area above the nav/menu bar (kind of like a static header) that does not move with the page scroll. Can I do this with the theme options? What is the best way to go about doing this?

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Hello Mandy!

There no such functionality built-in Chillout, so You would have to do this by editing menu_bar.php file.
