everything outside content missing

hey guys, wonderful theme. however having installed the theme and imported dummy data, everything outside the content is missing. no preloader, no background, no header no navigation.

the site is http://kershawcomedy.com. happy to provide admin access privately.

I've checked the console, and the 'user.css' file is not loaded.
Can You check if the file '../wp-content/themes/ceevee/user/user.css' exists?

this is wierd... this file is supposed to be created by theme...
try go to CeeVee options and press Save Options button.

I would ask You to send me login credentials (do it via private message) so I could take a look at your installation. There's a lot of files missing in your website.

as for your issue - probably You trying to upload the wrong file. the file to upload is ceevee_v.1.0.10.zip
