Now. I spent money on this and it's aggravating I had to come to do this and its not working.

Firstly thanks for screen, now I get whta is going on.

As I assume you don't have any album yet, and album is set as front page. To change it to blog you have to change settings in Spaceship theme->main settings. Just follow this http://apollo13.eu/docs/spaceship/#!/main_settings_menu
