Woocommerce 3 colums layout problem

in Fame Posts: 119
Hi there,
first of all hello to everybody, I have bought the Fame theme last week and I found it wonderful.
I do have this little problem now.
I wanted to insert in the the main page (using visual composer) the woocommerce last products box that uses 3 colums.
The result is that the products are too close to each other and I cannot find a way to tell to the theme to use only 2 colums or to put products in vertical instead of horizontal.
Any idea about it? I'm attaching the screenshot.
Thanks
Gabriele

Hello Gabriele and thank you! :)

Maybe it can solve your problem. Please look at this screen:
    https://nimbus.everhelper.me/client/notes/share/232341/N2hzrUMHXm7XXPfXQTZMWmL3akm5VqJo/
    Change the columns layout to 1/4 + 1/2 + 1/4.

There is also another solution but the products will be in vertical position:
    - Create a custom sidebar in the "Fame Theme > Sidebars"
    - Add to this sidebar a widget like on the screenshot: https://nimbus.everhelper.me/client/notes/share/232346/hDCwXPoIkTXBMO4bd1sePWSmi6KVpGBI/
    - Add a shortcode to your column like on the screenshot: https://nimbus.everhelper.me/client/notes/share/232347/tvfFEEa8CMnoSvc9sTKBHc3aXNyfTHvR/

    Hi Daniel,
thanks for your mail, I changed it with the column size (I didn't know it was possible) and it looks even better.
Cna I ask you why on the sidebar the woocommerce box is in vetical and on visual composer is in horizontal? Just a curiosity.
    Regards

    Hello there:-)

They use different "widgets" that is why it is so. It is easiest way I can explain it to you:-)

    With kind regards.

    Hi there,
I do have another little problem with a translation on www.italiaamoremio.it.
On the footer widget, fame posts widget there's the date of publishing. If I use it on Italian homepage, it will keep english instead of translating in italian. I've contacted WPML and they told me it's probably due to the way the widget has been written.
    Do you have any solution?
    Regards
    Gabriele

Does this issue is still about woocommerce? Nope? Then please start new topic :-) Meanwhile I will check code of this widget but I am sure it is using Wordpress data functions(as WPML advices).

    With kind regards.

EDIT: I have checked and it uses get_the_date() what is standard WP date function. I believe there might be some cache that blocks translating it or other thing. Anyway start new topic and please tell me if in other places date is displayed as it should.
