Required plugins not installing

Hi,

I just bought Photon, but after installing it I'm trying to install the required plugins and they're not installing correctly. See the attached screenshot for the error message that I'm getting.

nevermind; I found them in the installation file and uploaded them manually. now they're working.

Yes, some servers have problem with installing these plugins. I would love to get access to such server so I could debug what is going on there.
