Slow loading time on pages
I have pretty much completed the website:

but have noticed there is a slight delay on the pages when loading. I have compressed all of the images so they are not too high but its a delay before the pages open - please can someone help as this is killing the project for the client!!!

Where is your hosting?
I have checked your site and I see you have few major holdups:
First is site creation that takes 2.5 - 5 second, but probably not much can be done here. This most server case/speed. you could switch up to kinsta.com for example.
2. You could compress all JS and CSS files into 2 files, but it is not easy. Now your site makes 67 request for them. This might be second main holdup.
3. Such call "http://www.cheenscouture.co.uk/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=megamenu_css&ver=1.8.1" takes 2.5 seconds, maybe it is from some plugin?
4. Google analitics 3 seconds.
5. I also see Visual composer is taking some time to create grid, but it is after site is already visible.
