Contact form not working

I'm not receiving any emails when sent via this form: http://thecontrolshift.co.uk/?page_id=18

Is there any settings that I may have missed?

    Hello Rworton.

    Search for the input "Contact form settings" in the "Site Option > Settings"
    I hope this helps :)
