Missing Files from latest update

We seem to be having issues with the woo commerce checkout on our website. When we put all our info into the checkout we get the following error: Internal Server Error

This issue may not be directly linked to the fame template but the following two files are showing as being out of date:
fame/woocommerce/order\order-details.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0,

fame/woocommerce/single-product\add-to-cart\variable.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0,

I have downloaded the latest version of fame files and both files seem to be missing. Can you advise on where I can access the updated files and any ideas if the woocommerce error could be linked to these two files being out of date?

They are not missing, they were removed, see change log http://www.apollo13.eu/themes_update/fame/index.html

It shouldn't be connected to theme, but you can try to change to default WP theme to see if this helps.

Also disable any bonus plugins that could interfere.

Enabling debug mode could also help https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
