Visual Composer install failed

Theme looks nothing like its suppose to! Visual Composer wont install, keep getting this message:

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /home/content/73/11302973/html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/

Plugin install failed.

I even went ahead and purchased the visual composer on themeforest and tried to install, still no luck.

    Hello,
    are You trying to install or update our theme?

    have You tried to delete this folder manually?

    Do You have FTP access to this folder?

    Could You provide me login credentials to admin panel? It would be the easiest and fastest way. If You could - please do it only via private message.
