Wordpress shows me there's an update to Spaceship, but when I try to update it, I get the following error: An error occurred while updating Spaceship: Update package not available.. Is it just me?
Edit: Maybe there is something wrong cause you should receive notice in top of WP admin, with info about update and link in it. Anyway I will update documentation in 'Update section' to include such info.
Well I did get the error that the package wasn't available, although it did know there was an update. Now I've done it properly, but seem to be having other issues... some parts of the spaceship admin panel are messed up. They have little arrows on the right (I'm guessing to show or hide them) but the arrows don't work and some of the sections are hidden. I'll try a re-install just in case.

You can't update it with automatic wordpress updates cause it is commercial theme.
You have to go to ThemeForest and download new copy and follow documentation http://apollo13.eu/docs/spaceship/#!/installation_update

This is just new system of managing options and you can have old JS files in cache :-)
