Do you work on localhost?
Is yes, do you have internet connection on site you test, cause this plugin is first that server have to download from wordpress plugin repository.
You can always try to install these plugins manually before importing demo data, and check if it helps.
First try with contact 7. If it helps then here is list of all plugins needed:
