Problems updating plugins after them upgrade

Hi,

My site was a vew versions behind 1.7.2 so i upgraded the theme. After doing so i experienced the same error as on this thread: http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/3419/fatal-error-on-newest-upgrade#latest

However, whenever i try to updates the plugins i am presented with this error:

Downloading update....
Download failed. Unauthorized
Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Visual Composer is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

I experience the same with the other plugins which are out of date, just telling me i "Unauthorized". Could you please tell/show me how to fix this please?

Oops sorry i read another thread and you had solved the problem there. Manually update the plugins. I have another issue i'll open a separate post for that :-)

Yes some of these premium plugins not work with updater, probably cause they have they own update scripts, and maybe they get in conflict. Anyway manual update using files in fame/advance/plugins is best approach in this case.
