customize the order of the album list on home page

On the Album list on the home page. I noticed that the way the albums are displayed is a chronologic order. I would like to move the albums around in any order I like, not chronologically only. As you are able to do when you create each individual album. Can I do that as well for the album list featured on the homepage?
