How to tell theme which Gallery Style to use? + gallery link question

We would like to use Gallery Style v2. How do I make this preference in the theme?

Also, is it possible when an image in a gallery is clicked to reveal the larger image that this larger image could be clicked and link to a page in our shop?

Here are screen shot of settings of that album. "Style v2" only shows what you can achieve when changing some settings in album/theme :-)

Nope, you can only link image before it is opened to lightbox(bigger image). You set link while editing each image:
