No Navigation Anchors under Appearance > Menus

Hi, I just had Chillout theme installed and we want the website to be one page. I've created Navigation Anchors for the sections we want, however, when I try to add these to the menu, under Appearances > Menu, I see the Pages drop down but Navigation Anchor drop down. I believe I'm following the instructions correctly according to this: http://apollo13.eu/docs/chillout/#!/one_page_design

Sorry, let me rephrase, we DO NOT SEE the Navigation Anchors under Appearance > Menus. Does that make sense? Please see screen shot above.

The only theme locations available are primary and footer. I don't see site navigation as an option.

Never mind... I totally figured it out and am mad at myself for not seeing the "screen options" BLAH! Thank you
