Responsive issues on Tablet - Displaying blank white page

Hi Surgeon,

We are having problems with our site when responsive:

It is displaying a blank white page with no content on Tablet devices (e.g - iOS iPad, Amazon Kindle Fire, Google Nexus 10 etc, this has been tested on iPad mini v9.2 device and on google web developer).

We do have a mobile re-direct in place which kicks in at 767px. This works fine. (Tested on iPhone 6 and on google web developer)

Do you have any suggestions as to what could be causing the Tablet issue?

Hello, To add to previous comment, we have updated the chillout plugin v1.1.1 according to latest v1.4.1 changelog.
The error we get in the console when testing our responsiveness on tablets in google developer.

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).find(...).owlCarousel is not a function(anonymous function)

This was never an issue before until now, Desktop and mobile work fine.

There's a lot of strange thing happening on your website.
I can't for instance access chillout-pligin style.css file. Why?

but the theme itself is in the 1.4 version, not 1.4.1 (the latest one)

I see that You have made some changes to the theme, so why it's happening? Don't know.
I can see that the HTML source is not completely loaded, somehow You have broken the website on mobile devices.

If You send me login credentials on private message - I'll take a quick look at it.
