Header Menu is vertical...

Hi, I am trying to arrange the header menu horizontal but I don't know how. I read in a prev post that I nedded to activate it, but when I go to appereance-> themes -> customize and choose a menu for header it desappear.

Hello,
you should go to Appereance-> Menus -> Theme locations. And there set proper menu.
