I think if you have no idea what it is all about, then you should rather not get into this. Working on this required extended knowledge and testing to be sure that your page will work proper after achieving A in that test.
Anyway to connect all the scripts in one giant file you can use various WordPress plugins.
However as I said above it is very hard task and is beyond theme support.
