Can't upgrade to Spaceship 1.2

I'm still on version 1.0. Tried to upload new version via ftp and the normal upload but am having no joy.
I have the files in the right place on the FTP as far as I can see but they are not showing up>>See attachments.

So you where uploading whole package from theme forest, not only theme?
